Modern mansion

This historic townhouse in Amsterdam-Zuid was completely gutted, leaving only the front facade. The entire interior and the rear facade were rebuilt.

The floors on the ground floor and basement are largely finished with Béton ciré Pro in the color Caramel. This creates a seamless transition between the kitchen and dining area.

Two staircases and a sloping staircase connect these areas to the upper living area, which features a uniquely patterned wooden parquet floor.

The terrace is also finished in the same Béton ciré Pro color, creating a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
