Luxurious materials in warm beige tones

This beautifully renovated classic building has undergone a captivating makeover. The original off-white Corian kitchen has been replaced by a large kitchen island, a kitchen unit, and matching cabinets. This was done in a stunning combination of golden brown veined marble and burl walnut.

The original white béton ciré floors have been adapted and refinished with Quartstone in the soft beige shade Sade. The terrace connecting to the ground floor is finished in the same Quartstone color. This creates a nearly seamless transition between indoors and outdoors.

The spacious entrance hall also features a Sade-colored Quartstone floor. This complements the Versailles-patterned wooden floor beautifully. Immediately upon entering, this spacious and high-ceilinged space exudes a sense of calm and warmth.
